Tri-State Neighbor: “Choosing soybean research project involves ‘homework’”
Tom Oswald, USB farmer-leader and chair of the Supply Action Team provided another article in a series he continues authoring for the Tri-State Neighbor. Providing updates on the status of his 2021 crop, he also shared insights about his volunteer work on the United Soybean Board.
When farmers ask what Oswald and USB are doing with checkoff funds, he assures them a lot of homework is done reviewing a big binder of proposals before investment decisions are made.
