RFD-TV’s “Market Day Report” featured Lasse Jakobsen, Satavie president, discussing Satavie’s win of the 2022 Soy Innovation Challenge as well as the company’s mission to boost soybean meal use and value.
“Satavie’s mission is to nourish using sustainably sourced protein solutions,” Jakobsen said. “We have a unique patented water extraction method for taking the soybean meal and creating a soy protein concentrate. This concentrate is used primarily in the early stages of animal diets as a protein source that soybean meal is not used for today. It is essentially a quality protein that allows for the replacement of animal byproducts and is focused on being highly digestible.”
