The United Soybean Board recognizes those persons whose leadership, innovation and dedication strengthen the U.S. soybean industry. Nominate a deserving individual, organization or group for one of the awards below.

Tom Oswald Legacy Award
During his eight years as a USB director, Tom Oswald was a passionate advocate for soybean farmers. He often asked, “How do we make it better-er?”—challenging others to go beyond expectations and achieve the best possible outcome.
Established in his memory, the Tom Oswald Legacy Award honors a farmer, farm organization or group that exemplifies Tom’s character and has made a memorable, lasting impact on the soybean industry or Soy Checkoff.
Industry Excellence Award
The Industry Excellence Award is an annual recognition presented by the United Soybean Board to honor an individual, organization or group that has made a significant and lasting impact on the growth and advancement of the U.S. Soy industry.
Recipients are selected based on their demonstrated success in expanding markets, developing new applications for U.S. soy, strengthening the value chain or driving commercial innovation that benefits U.S. soy farmers. This award celebrates those whose vision and achievements have helped position U.S. Soy as a leader in domestic and global markets.
