 | About See For Yourself |
|
The See for Yourself (SFY) program is an opportunity to highlight and evaluate the soybean checkoff in action to farmers from across the country. Ten soybean farmers from across the nation will be selected to see firsthand how the soybean checkoff is building demand for U.S. soybeans at home and overseas. From establishing partnerships to develop soy-based products and technology to plant pathology prevention and support of the livestock industry, the tour will bring farmers closer to how their checkoff operates on their behalf with the world.
The 2010 See For Yourself program will take place during the summer from July 26 - July 31. The program will start in St. Louis, Missouri and conclude in Guadalajara, Mexico. Travel, lodging and meal expenses for participants are covered by the See For Yourself program.
Applications are due by April 1.
